Q: I just bought my bag and the airline damaged it, can I return it under warranty?
A: Airline damage is not covered under warranty. Please file a claim with the airline.

Q: Can my broken zipper be fixed?
A: Yes, in most cases the zipper can be repaired by a luggage repair company.

Q: My AKONA mask strap broke, is it replaceable?
A: Yes, AKONA stocks replacement mask straps. Please contact your authorized dealer for replacements.

Q: My wheel is damaged, is it repairable?
A: AKONA has replacement wheels available for some large roller bags and can be replaced with standard tools. Please see your Authorized Dealer for details.

Q: My wetsuit is starting to show signs of wear, is it repairable?
A: AKONA warranty's its products to be free from defects in materials and/or workmanship for a period of two years from the date of purchase. Normal wear and tear is not covered.

Q: Does my AKONA rash guard protect against the sun?
A: Yes, AKONA rash guards have a 50+ SPF (Sun Protection Factor) that blocks 97.5% of the sun's harmful rays.

Q: My AKONA hood seems to fit a little too tight, can it be fixed?
A: Yes, AKONA hoods have 3 sew tabs on the forehead and chin and, with sharp scissors, can be trimmed without fear of unraveling. Care must be taken when trimming the hood to stay between the sew tabs.
